Phone Support

• (Quick questions free). Talk to me first to see if you really have a problem that needs fixing

• $12 per 10 min - (minimum fee Mon to Fri), no fix no phone fee, if under 10 min. I will advise you at the point charges will apply. ($18 per 10 min on weekends or after hours)

Note: Please have your Mac turned on (if its working), and be near it before calling.

On-Site Training and Support

We can offer on-site training and support if I am unable to solve your issues over the phone.

 Hourly Rate (weekdays)

    • $80 per hour (minimum 1 hour)

 Call out fee (added to 1st hour only)

• $25 - Cobargo, Quaama
• $35 - Brogo, Wandella, Yowrie, Tilba, Bermagui and Bega.
• $45 - Bemboka, Wolumla, Tathra, Dalmeny, Narooma,
• $55 - Candelo, Tanja, Tura Beach, Merimbula, Greigs Flat and Pambula
• $65 - Eden.

    • Price on Application for Other areas - please call.

 Additional On-Site time.

    • $80 per hour (pro-rata), in 15 minutes increments.

 Weekend and After hours Rates.

    • Hourly Rate $120 per hour (pro-rata), in 15 minutes increments. (minimum 1 hour)


    Payment is due on completion of service.

   Receipts will be emailed at the time of payment depending on internet availability.
